Tigne Point

Tigné Point is a 30 acre shoreline peninsula, situated at the Eastern tip of Sliema, Malta’s most fashionable residential town. It enjoys a unique location just across the water from the baroque capital city Valletta, less than half an hour from Malta’s international airport. The project is of a mixed-use, pedestrianised development, comprising some 400 luxury residential units, health and leisure facilities and a central open Piazza offering a number of cafés, restaurants and boutiques. Leading off the Piazza is ‘The Point’, Malta’s largest retail mall, anchored by Debenhams and hosting a large supermarket and a mix of some 50 top international retail outlets.A state-of- the-art business centre that will overlook the north side of Piazza Tigné is currently under construction.
