Air-conditioning units are pre-installed and have outdoor units conveniently placed in the emergency backyard access shaft. Double-glazing doors and windows throughout ensure a quiet and comfortable environment at all times.
Bathrooms use high quality toilet and faucet components and a double-door system together with hygienic features such as anti-microbial alcohol gel dispensers and ultra-efficient Dyson Airblade hand dryers.
Offices are delivered in a fully finished open plan format that can be partitioned according to the tenant’s wished using either a variety of gypsum or glass partitions. Glass partitions can also incorporate features such as sliding doors and piezoelectric opaque / transparent changing glass. A building-wide access control system allows secure access to be configured easily and additional options such as biometric access control devices can be installed as an extra option. An integrated fire alarm system, fire extinguishers and redundant emergency exits are provided throughout the whole building for added safety.
